Welcome to CarequitaGifts

MERCHANT POLICY:

Our prices include taxes. Delivery + Handling will be calculated in the Shopping Cart for Lima, when applicable.
Deliveries: Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays or Major Peruvian Holidays.

Our prices are in US Dollars.
We guarantee protecting your credit card and your personal/credit card information never leaves the secure site.

PAYPAL charges are instant and not subject to further discounts after order is placed by customer.

DELIVERY LIMITS:

CarequitaGifts takes international orders for delivery of flowers and gifts in Lima, Peru. For those items where same-day delivery is available (Monday through Saturday) you must place your order by 11:00 am (Lima time). We cannot guarantee the exact time for delivery, but we will do our best to meet your request. Please allow extra time for delivery during busy Holidays.

Mariachi and Tunas orders require 5 business days to schedule. You must add 5 business days to the date of your order, otherwise we cannot accept your order. If you require less than 5 business days to schedule the event you can send us an email prior to placing the order with your request and information, as well as your contact information. We will investigate all possibilities and respond to you promptly.

In the event that the delivery address is incorrect in Lima, Peru, we will strive to contact the Customer to correct the address and offer to reschedule a Second Delivery at an additional Delivery+Handling cost equal to the original order amount.

CarequitaGifts is not responsible for: Items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer. Decreased flower or perishable item quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

We issue NO REFUNDS, as flowers, mariachi, tunas, cakes, chocolates, gifts, and other food related items are customized for Customers, and highly perishable in the case of flowers, chocolates, fruit, and cakes.

If your order arrives damaged or in bad condition, CarequitaGifts should be advised within 24 hours either by Customer or the Recipient of the Flowers or Gift in Lima, and we will proceed with an expeditious exchange of item in optimum condition. All items to be exchanged will be picked up at time of New Delivery. This is a requisite for Exchange.

CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer is responsible for accuracy of Address in Lima, Peru (Shipping Address). Customer MUST supply us with a telephone number for recipient of flowers/gift in Lima. If not telephone number is available in Lima, Customer will send us an e-mail (not verbal advise), to proceed with the order at Customer's own risk.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

PayPal

CarequitaGifts is a Verified member of PayPal. All Credit Card payments will be Finalized through PayPal. When you Continue with checkout, your order information will be saved with CarequitaGifts and your order will begin processing when we receive verification of your payment from PayPal. The process of payments by credit card is safely handled by PayPal.
* Your sensitive financial information is securely stored on PayPal servers.
* When you use PayPal to pay online, you provide only your PayPal email address.
* The merchants/retailers receive payment from PayPal without ever seeing your financial information.
* Your information is automatically sent with a high level of data encryption.

Western Union and Money Gram:

Western Union is a separate payment delivery service not associated with CarequitaGifts. They offer various ways to send money, via online or through a Local Agent in your area. You must complete the order in our Shopping Cart and choose the Pay with Western Union or Money Gram option and then submit the order. You will then receive an email from CarequitaGifts with additional information and details about sending your payment to us. You will need to send CarequitaGifts your Confirmation Number (10-digit code) in order for us to pick up your payment: manager@CarequitaGifts.com
You are responsible for the Fees associated with their service. Our Shopping Cart Total does NOT reflect these fees. The Shopping Cart Total is the amount CarequitaGifts needs to receive.
